Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
For returns, please contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale

RETURNS OF PRINTS ON PHOTO PAPER
All custom orders are made especially for you and therefore refund will NOT be allowed. Replacement due to shipping damage or our errors will be provided instead.
If you purchased an original listing from our shop without any customization, a return can be sent back to us within 15 days from the date you received the item for a refund. Returns must in in original condition to qualify for refund. Shipping is not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please use a shipping method that provides a tracking number and inform us of when it was shipped. Returns must be packaged securely to avoid damage. I do ship out my prints insured so I would advise that you insure them when returning so that you are covered in case they are damaged during shipping. Using USPS Priority Mail will give you an automatic coverage of up to $50. If they arrive damaged to us, refunds will NOT be allowed.

I do ship out my canvas insured with UPS so I would advise that you use the same shipping method when returning so that you are covered in case they are damaged during shipping. If they arrive damaged to us, refunds will NOT be allowed.

RETURN OF HOME ACCESSORIES
All custom orders are made especially for you and therefore refund will NOT be allowed. Replacement due to shipping damage or our errors will be provided instead.
Home accessories include all of my products other than prints on photo paper and prints on canvas. Home accessories include blankets, pillows, pillow cases, shower curtains, bags, purses, drinkware and other non-paper/canvas items.
If you purchased an original listing from our shop without any customization, a return can be sent back to us within 15 days from the date you received the item for a refund. Please contact us for Return Authorization and verify the return address prior to shipping your order back. We are not responsible for returns that are shipped to incorrect addresses. Returns must in in original condition to qualify for refund. Shipping is not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Returns must be packaged securely to avoid damage. Please choose a shipping method with tracking information. If they arrive damaged to us, refunds will NOT be allowed.

If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will try our best to work it out. Having happy customers is one of our main goals. In the event that your prints arrive damaged or wrinkled during shipping, please let us know immediately so we can send out a replacement.
Cancellation of ANY TYPE of order will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order!
